Cooking class in the kitchen of a French cook and wine pairing - Jun 08

Resume :

French Chef Rodolphe Petris will introduce you to the art of cooking and Bottli, French Wine Experts will introduce you to the wine and food pairing in Sydney.

UNESCO experts considered that the French-style gastronomic meal, with its rituals and presentation, fulfilled the conditions for inclusion on the list of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. This is the first time that a country's gastronomy has achieved this status.

The members of the Committee noted that the meal was in France a customary social practice designed to celebrate the most important moments in the lives of individuals and groups.

At Bottli, we are passionate about sharing this culture and decided to reveal the mystery behind this know-how. To do so, we partnered with a French cook. Together, we will introduce you the French cooking and wine and food pairing.

Rodolphe Petris opens his kitchen to reveal the secrets of his French recipes and will guide you through their cooking process. Bottli selects the best wines to pair with each dish.
