How can I pay for my order?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa.

My credit card has been declined. What should I do?

If your credit card has been declined, please contact your bank or card issuer to find out why. The bank does not tell us why the card was declined.

Can I order over the phone?

No The French Market is an online store only.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If necessary, you may cancel or update all or part of your order, provided you contact us before the next business day. Just email us us at help@thefrenchmarket.com.au.

Can I send an order to a different delivery address?

Yes, please enter the address you’d like your order shipped to at Checkout.

I haven’t received any order confirmation. Can I check that my order has been placed?

We send order and shipment confirmations by email, so please ensure that your correct email address was supplied and check your spam folders in case the email has been delivered there. If there’s still no sign of your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team by emailing help@thefrenchmarket.com.au and they will be happy to check our order system for you.

The product I ordered is not as I expected.

My order is being sent as a gift. Will an invoice be sent with it?

Our sellers will include a packing slip with your order but it will not show prices.

What do I do if I’ve supplied an incorrect delivery address?

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at help@thefrenchmarket.com.au to advise the correct delivery address. We will update your details and advise the seller, but if your order has already been shipped, the seller will arrange re-delivery as soon as your order has been returned.

I’ve supplied an incorrect email address

We send order and shipment confirmations by email, so if the email address supplied is incorrect you will not receive these notifications. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend email addresses in our order system, but please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to obtain a copy of your order confirmation or check the delivery status of your order.
