Our own carefully selected Duck Foie Gras made by artisans brothers in southwest France in the Dordonge Region. This Foie Gras is shelf stable and only needs to be chilled before serving and is ideal with a sweet wine or even a Port.
My father died 20 years ago but we commemorate his birthday every year - I bought this block of fine foie gras to share with my brothers at our celebration this week. My father LOVED foie gras - this, with a nice Sauterne, will do him honour - after a a Pernod starter of course - another favourite of his!
